The Stuy Mine is comprised of sixty-four (64), 160-acre mining claims totaling approximately 10,240 acres (roughly 16 square miles). A Controlled Source Audio-Magnetotelluric Technique (CSAMT) scientific survey, revealed a previously unknown porphyry mixed metals ore body. This discovery was confirmed through drilling ten (10) holes; three (3) up to 1,200 feet; and most recently seven (7) holes at one of the many places the porphyry comes to, or close to the surface. All samples contained gold. The samples revealed approximately a quarter ounce/ton gold at four (4) feet and approximately half ounce/ton gold at eight (8) feet and approximately 1 oz. /ton ten (10) feet. This location has been surveyed by Stuy Mine’s environmental team and determined to be free of any sensitive areas. Therefore, development of the mine should be reasonably able to permit.
Each 160-acre mining claim is offered at $1,500,000, or all four (4) claims offered for a package price of $5,000,000. The mine developer, Global Model Mines LLC will assist the buyer with the development of the mining claims purchase asset.
